Overview
Four intensive weekends cover the CKA skill tree with compressed lectures and longer lab blocks. You will rotate through pairing stations so every participant drives kubectl while narrating intent. We close each day with a reflective retro to capture gaps before the next session.
What you work through
- Four weekend blocks with Korea-friendly start times
- Pair rotation so every engineer commands the shell twice per topic
- Annotated solution packs released after each block
- Office hours on weekday evenings for follow-up questions
- Mock exam with proctored-style time pressure
- Lightweight templates for documenting incidents
- Slack channel monitored by coaches during the cohort
Outcomes
- Finish a timed mock with documented weak spots
- Produce a weekend study cadence you can repeat solo
- Deliver a five-minute verbal run-through of a rescue path

Participant notes
Weekend blocks were dense but the annotated kubectl traces after each mock saved me hours of guessing.
Course questions
You can watch the recording, but labs are synchronous for integrity. We recommend scheduling buffer before enrolling.
We start with fundamentals, yet the pace is brisk. If you are new to etcd, expect extra reading between blocks.
CKA exam vouchers, employer-sponsored travel, and optional add-on mentoring outside cohort hours.
